On December 13, 2021, the College Employer Council (CEC) used a provision of the Colleges Collective Bargaining Act (CCBA) to impose Terms and Conditions of Employment on full-time and partial-load faculty.
UPDATE: When a strike was averted by referring outstanding matters to binding interest arbitration, the parties agreed that the imposed Terms and Conditions of Employment would remain frozen in place until Arbitrator Kaplan issues his decision on the content of a new Collective Agreement.
