The issues are quite clear, but cannot be reduced to 140 characters, thus it is important that you read Negotiations Bulletin 5 carefully (in English or French) and spend time with the well reasoned  call for a strike vote (in English or in French).  If needed please look through previous posts to find links to earlier bulletins.
