Government is proposing to repeal essentials of Bill 148

Dear members,
As you may have heard, Premier Ford has now announced legislation to repeal many elements of Bill 148.
We cannot let this happenĀ  quietly. If we lose this bill, we lose the ability to fight for equal pay for equal work at our workplaces - this was one the main tools used to fight precarious working conditions of many of our non-full time colleagues after the strike.
Join us tomorrow at 5:00 PM, in front of the Ministry of Labour, 400 University Ave., to demand that the government respect our labour laws and protect Bill 148.
